Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. hot77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them before depositing.
To make a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, to reduce fraud risk. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest.

hot77 conducts routine checks on transactions as part of its fraud prevention and security processes. This may occasionally result in a brief delay on deposits or withdrawals. hot77 appreciates your patience during these checks.
Bets can be placed on any market listed as open within the hot77 Sports section. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet slip confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets placed on markets that were closed at the time of placement will be voided and your stake returned.
hot77 offers live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL fixtures and international T20 and ODI matches — as well as football, esports and other sports. In-play odds update continuously based on match conditions. A bet is only confirmed once hot77's system has accepted it at the displayed odds. There may be a brief delay between you clicking "Place Bet" and confirmation; during that window, odds may change. You will always be shown the final accepted odds on your bet slip.
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL matches or the ICC for international cricket. In the event of a dispute over the official result, hot77 will apply the result published by the governing body as final. Settlement typically occurs within a few hours of the match conclusion.
hot77 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

hot77 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are shown on the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be accepted but capped at the stated maximum payout.

The hot77 Bingo section operates under its own specific room rules, which are displayed within each bingo room before you buy a ticket. By purchasing a bingo ticket you accept the rules of that specific room. Ticket purchases are non-refundable once a game has started.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino game or bingo round, hot77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately before the failure. Where this is not possible, the round may be voided and your stake returned. hot77 is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to your internet connection on your end.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered users as specified on each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per payment method. hot77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before any balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. hot77 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements (hedging), or using automated tools. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonus funds removed, and may be suspended or permanently closed. Bets settled from bonus funds under suspicious circumstances may be voided.
Bonus Forfeiture: Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Always check your bonus status in your account before requesting a withdrawal.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or suspicious betting activity may be forfeited. You may request to close your hot77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally before the account is closed.
